How the Program Works

Start by applying as a referral partner or sending us a new prospect directly through the referral form.

We Review the Referral
Our team verifies that the referral is new, eligible, and aligned with the program terms.
STEP 3
PHDS Takes It From There
If accepted, we contact the prospect directly and manage the process from initial conversation through contract.
STEP 4
Get Paid on Approved Referrals
If your referral results in a qualifying signed contract and all conditions are met, the approved referral fee is paid according to the program terms.

A valid referral is a new prospect who is not already known to or actively engaged with PHDS, is submitted through the required process, and is accepted by PHDS as eligible under the program terms.

The program is open to approved participants, including past clients and certain industry professionals, subject to PHDS program terms and applicable law. Some participants, including licensed real estate professionals and anyone engaging in regulated sales activity, may be subject to additional legal or licensing rules.

Referrers may make introductions only. Unless separately authorized and legally qualified, referrers may not solicit, negotiate, quote, estimate, discuss contract terms, collect deposits, or act as a representative of PHDS. California regulates home improvement sales activity, and unregistered people cannot lawfully act as home improvement salespersons.

A referral fee is earned only if the referral is approved, the prospect signs a qualifying written contract with PHDS, and all payment conditions in the program terms are satisfied.

Approved referral fees are generally paid in installments based on qualifying contract execution, project progress or completion, and PHDS’s receipt of client funds, all subject to the written program terms.

No referral fee is owed for leads already in PHDS’s system, already in contact with PHDS, or claimed by another party first. PHDS determines referral eligibility and priority based on its records and submission timing.

Yes. You should only submit a prospect’s information if you are authorized to share it with PHDS.
